Throughout the day, in the Main Ring, our schedule includes many exciting and new performances.
- The Royal Artillery Motorcycle Display Team (The Flying Gunners) – Their high octane performance will leave you breathless, the 17 man team will perform feats of sheer courage and skill, with precision riding at its best, you will see some of the fastest crossovers in the world today, with closing speeds of 80-90mph. For the finale you will see a multi-car jump over various vehicles. This military display team prides itself on being the best for all the family to enjoy.
- Ringside Lurcher Display, Falconry & Ferret Racing – See lurchers do what comes naturally to them! A fast, action-packed demonstration with informative and humorous commentary. The public will have a chance to "have a go" with their own dogs – whatever the breed. The highlight is a race between the lurcher and a hawk. Also included in the displays is Ferret Racing Mayhem! & Falconry display.
- The Sheep Show – A humorous, live stage show all about sheep in true New Zealand style. Not to miss, Sheep shearing and their amazing "Dancing Sheep".
