Special 4. The Highland Cattle Society will award a Champion Rosette provided five or more cattle are forward for judging in the Highland Cattle Section.Winning exhibitors can gain points for the annual Show Fold of the Year Competition.

Special 5. The Midlands & Southern Highland Cattle Club will award a Sash to the Champion and Reserve Highland.

 

BRITISH CHAROLAIS

Special 11. The British Limousin Society will award THE EAST MIDLANDS LIMOUSIN CUP for the Best Limousin in Show. These classes will form part of the East Midlands Limousin Breeders Competition. Club Members will be awarded points for the Judged placings at this Show. Prizes will be presented at the Club’s Annual Dinner later in the year.

Special 49. This Show is a qualifier for the (class 62) WINTER STOCK FESTIVAL YOUNG STOCK PERSON OF THE YEAR, with the finals taking place at the East of England Showground 2nd & 3rd December 2011. Beef Cattle Young Handlers between the ages of 15 & 21 are eligible to qualify, if they are placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th in the appropriate class.

Qualifying competitors are to be 15 or over by 1st January 2011 and 21 or under by the first day of the Winter Stock Festival; 2nd & 3rd December 2011. Full details on the finals will be sent to all qualified exhibitors by East of England Agricultural Society.


PRIZES: First - £20.00 Second - £15.00 Third - £10.00 Fourth - £5.00 Rosettes to 4th place. Special Rosettes to all exhibitors. Prior Entries would be appreciated, but entries will be accepted on the day.  No entry fee.  Cattle must have been exhibited in any one of the previous classes.
